A sound healing treatment is a deeply relaxing, often transformative experience.

Using sonic tools such as tuning forks, Himalayan bowls, crystal bowls, gongs, chimes, voice and drums,  Katherine ‘retunes’ the body, bringing it back to a place of harmony, health and wellness. During an individual session, clients will receive a full consultation and assessment, after which they will be immersed in a beautiful rich medley of sound , allowing them to unwind and enter a deep state of relaxation, during which the body, mind and spirit can awaken, heal and transform. As a qualified reflexolgist and reiki practitioner, Katherine may also bring in these healing modalities where appropriate, working intuitively to create the best blend of healing for the client.

Individual sessions are 60 minutes long and are £40 each or a block of 4 sessions for £140.00.
